The viral video captures the student’s reaction to the NEET PG 2024 postponement. “I just found that the NEET-PG examination that was supposed to be conducted tomorrow at 9.30 am just got postponed and the circular for postponement was released just 15 minutes ago,” she says in the video.
“That means it was less than 12 hours before the actual paper was supposed to be conducted. Are the people in the Ministry of Education eligible to take such decisions? Are they even eligible to be in a position of power and change and make policies that will ruin people’s lives like this?” she says.
“What point are you trying to prove here? These are doctors. These are not small kids. They are writing an exam to stay in this very country that you are ruining with your policies. And then you have the audacity to ask why is everybody leaving the country!” she concludes.
The text on the video reads, “This is the best way to make sure all the good doctors leave the country.”

Many reports claim that Dharmendra Pradhan, the Minister of Education, is directly responsible for the NTA’s mismanagement and the rampant paper leaks. Despite the intellectual capital, India is paradoxically governed by some of the least educated individuals in the world. More than 70% of the ministers in the Modi 3.0 government of 2024 are uneducated and illiterate. A glaring example of this dissonance is when a Union Minister could not even write the slogan “Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao” (Save the Daughter, Educate the Daughter). This campaign, launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, aims to promote the education and empowerment of girls. The fact that a cabinet minister could not spell this slogan is not just ironic but deeply shameful. It exemplifies the incompetence and lack of basic education among those who hold the reins of power.

In India, to secure even a menial job such as a peon in a government department, one must possess at least a 12th-grade pass degree. However, to become a minister, there are no educational qualifications required.
