According to the lawsuit, Twitter fired “roughly 60% of employees who were on leave” when layoffs took place on November 4.

Musk ordered some of the senior managers of the social media platform to make a list of the top performers on their teams during the most recent wave of layoffs so that they may be promoted and awarded sizable bonuses. Musk then proceeded to fire 200 more individuals for an unspecified cause.
