On Tuesday, it was announced that Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd (TPDDL) and IIT-Roorkee had inked a contract for the latter’s research and development of energy-efficient solutions.

Ganesh Srinivasan, CEO of TPDDL, and M K Singhal, Head of Department, Hydro and Renewable Energy at IIT Roorkee, signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
