RTI on terrorist attacks in J&K pre and post revocation of Article 370 of the Indian Constitution

Application for seeking information under section 6(1) of The Right to Information Act, 2005

Following up to date & duly typed information is required regarding the following

Particulars of Information

1. Number of terrorist attacks in Jammu and Kashmir since 2019 after the revocation of Article 370 of the Indian Constitution.
2. Number of attacks in the past 10 years before revocation of Article 370. (per year data)
3. Number of civilians that died or were permanently disabled during such attacks in the past 10 years. (per year data)
4. Number of police/ military personnel that died or were permanently disabled in these attacks in the past 10 years. (per year data)
5. Number of terrorists that have died during encounter  in the past 10 years. (per year data)
6. Number of terrorist in judicial custody in the past 10 years. (per year data)
7. Number of blasts that have happened in the last 10 years. (per year data)

If the above sought information is not available in your office, kindly forward my application to the concerned public authority, as per section 6(3) of the RTI Act.
