Ola raises $11M from Deshe Holdings
Ola parent company ANI Technologies Pvt Ltd has now secured $11 Million in the fresh funding round from some of the new investors which include the US-based Deshe Holdings, DIG Investment and two other founders of the Dubai based Jabbar Internet Group.
The report revealed that investment was a part of the Ola ongoing Series J round. The company as of now has received $470 Million in investments in this round.
Before this year, Ola has also revealed a $100 Million investment from the Co-founder of Flipkart Sachin Bansal which is even followed by a $300 Million investment announcement from the Korean automotive companies that is Kia and Hyundai Motors.
Ola also has revealed its plans to raise around $1 Billion as a part of its ongoing funding series.
Ola as of now has been engaged in a race to raise the capital while at the same time diversifying its investor base to save itself from ceding too much control to its largest shareholder SoftBank.
