Indigo Passenger Served Justice With Just One Slap To Hundreds Of Passenger Travelling By India’s Most Unsafe & Dangerous Airline
The IndiGo passenger who slapped the captain of a Delhi-Goa flight may have been sitting in the plane, with his 100-odd co-passenger, for nearly 10 hours, waiting for the Airbus A20 to take off
The passenger – identified as Sahil Kataria – reportedly ran up from his seat in the last row to slap co-captain Anup Kumar as he was announcing a further delay. Many users on the social media are praising the person by giving them instant justice by slapping the flight pilot. Many are applauding the passenger and appreciated his stand.

The incident took place on IndiGo‘s 6E2175 service from Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport to Dabolim in Goa. The plane was scheduled to take off at 7.40 am but, according to flight tracking website FlightAware, only departed at 5.33 pm, after prolonged delays to bad weather included heavy fog limiting visibility, and an enforced change of crew due to flight duty time limitations.
The video of the assault – widely shared online – also shows IndiGo crew rushing to help Mr Kumar, and members of the cabin crew hysterically remonstrating with Mr Kataria, telling him (in Hindi), “You can’t do this… you can’t do this!”. To this he responded, “Why can’t I do this? Why can’t I?”
Dragged away by a fellow flier, Mr Kataria faces a case filed by the airline and the flight captain, and is now in the custody of Delhi Police. He could also be put on the dreaded ‘no-fly’ list, sources said. But DGCA has taken no action on the airline.
Sources said passengers were boarded at 7 am for the 7.40 am departure.
Take-off was then pushed back twice – first by nearly three hours to 10.30 am then by a further two hours to 12.30 pm. A further two hours after that – at 2.30 pm – the plane’s doors were closed. In Total The Flight was delayed by almost 13 hours.
This is not the first time indigo has treated so badly with its customers which has lead to fueds, lets us check the history of Indigo airlines.
We are compiling a list of past incidents which has caused a ruckus among the passengers and none including the DGCA has taken any strong action on the flight. Before we move ahead, we have to understand that people take law in their hands because of our lethargic, impotent judiciary.
The mialoards in the judiciary system are selected by the collegium which is so called a kind of nepotism in the judiciary, the going judge selects his favorite judge based on the friendly relations, many lawyers are elevated to the judges who are near and dear one and the efficient judges are left behind- Result millions of pending cases in the courts. People end their lives circling around the courts but the cases are never over.
While talking to some lawyers of high courts and supreme courts, our reporters came to know that if one has to win any case in the court, one should not find a good experience lawyer but find the laywer who is known or connected to the sitting judge. one should find the near and dear lawyer to the sitting judge.
The corporates of India understands the clear intentions, intent and approach of the judges towards the justice system and judiciary towards a common man and thus he takes the law in their hand. Even the small matters in consumer court takes more than 5+ years to resolve.
Imagine what would have happened if the customer Sahil Kataria would have approached the judiciary for a compensation, he would have to fight the case for more than 10 years and ultimately after a long battle would have taken the case back and the companies in India know this very well thus they are fearless in harassing, torturing the customers.
Sahil Kataria has been praised by many people on the internet for his strong action which has served justice to many and many people on social media has praised his action.
