A company’s CEO is crucial. When appointed as the CEO of a corporation, he or she oversees and controls the day-to-day operations of the organisation, as well as strategic planning and decision-making. The CEO is the individual who determines a company’s direction and is thus a respected and important asset to the organisation.

Silicon Valley CEOs of Indian ancestry are part of a four-million-strong minority community that is among the U.S.’s wealthiest and most educated. As a result, it feels especially good to be an Indian when you learn that the CEOs of such large corporations that shape the modern world are Indians.
