According to a statement from HDL Design House, which was established in 2001 and has its headquarters in Belgrade, Serbia, its clients are major players in the semiconductor industry as well as top Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), who are utilising chips to their full potential to develop intelligent and connected products.
The business also stated that the deal was finalised on September 27. With this purchase, Capgemini will be able to considerably increase its semiconductor footprint in Europe, a crucial market for this important sector.
