Not to forget our dedicated team members comprising of Recruiters, BDs and Consultants.
- Weakness – It is rightly said, identifying weaknesses is more important than knowing your strengths! We strongly belief that the downsizing attitude of the biggies in all the sectors of the country and abroad is the biggest concern for all the consultancies offering employment solutions, as empanelment is no more cutting mustards .
- Opportunities – Significant opportunity may exist if the consultancy firm has a strong professional network that can be quickly tapped into growing a client base , hence in this Digital well connected World, it’s easy to tap clients compared to the last decade. When it comes to our Services domain, we can observe the need of right manpower everywhere. So that makes our (Recruit, Train, Retain) model a HIT. We not only help our clients in Permanent recruitment services ,but also assist them with Management consultancy,trainings,Statutory compliances,payrollings,etc.
- Threats – With digitalisation at its full speed and the fast changing market trends adding to changes in the economic policies, at times opportunities also pose as threat to us. Meeting the demands of the client in the closest possible manner as well as guiding the candidates towards the right path are additional threats.
As they say behind every successful man there is always a woman, in the same manner, to run a business successfully the collaboration of right brains is mandatory. Our Stake holders are – Mr. Pawan Kumar Agarwal , Mr. Gaurav Agarwal and Mrs. Priyanka Agarwal , along with the dedicated team members . We are soon planning to join hands with investors, youths looking for franchise and start-ups to grow mutually and generate as much of employment possible. We are aiming our wings to expand soon in upcoming 2 years(within 2020).
