Burger Singh Goes International, Forays in the UK, Plans to Launch 20 Outlets

Indian QSR startup Burger Singh has announced the company’s expansion in the UK. Two outlets have already been set up at North London, and the company is signing Master Franchise deals with Corks and Kegs to set up 18 more outlets in the next 3 years.
“UK is where Burger Singh was born, and thus became our natural choice for International expansion. Indian food has a great fan base around the world and burgers are a scale-able product! This makes Indian fusion burgers a more approachable segment,” said, Kabir Jeet Singh, Founder & CEO at Burger Singh.
Launched in November 2014 by Kabir Jeet Singh & Nitin Rana, the company already has a presence in West & North India with 20 outlets and counting. Burger Singh specialities include the vegetarian Keema Pao, the Pao Bhaji Burger, the Malabar Express Chicken Burger & Channa Burger for the vegetarians, the Jaatputt Chicken Burger, the Amritsari Murgh Makhani Burger, the Udta Punjab Burger, the Bunty Pappeh Da Aloo Burger and the United States of Punjab Burgers in both vegetarian & non-vegetarian options, amongst others. The company is headquartered in Gurgaon, Haryana.
It has already raised over $1 million in pre-series A funding from both strategic & angel investors.
