5.Share the idea or story behind the venture. How did it came to an existence? What motivated you to start your own venture?

Well that’s a long story, I will try to make it short.

We have started our journey in 2011 with a single step to solve the problems of the people who want to start their business.

I myself had some plans to start business and faced many problems just to get the information on “how to start?”

For Instance,

  • From where I should Start?

  • I have business Idea, how to make it workable?

  • How to prepare a business plan?

  • How to get funding?

  • What are the legal formalities to start business?

  • How to execute the plan?

  • And so on….

All these problems are just for setting up. I am not writing about the challenges after stating up. Though the GOI has taken some positive steps towards start-up, but the ground reality is different. The system is reluctant to accept the change in most of the area. Some positive effects got to see in cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai. But the places like Pune, Chandigarh, Ratlam etc. don’t have any effect. Still starting up is a difficult task.

Then I came to know from my research that there are so many people with the same problem and at the end they have to drop the idea because of hassles in starting up. And that’s the market gap I have identified and started gaining expertise and experience. One fine day, I took the decision to get into consulting and started up this.

Now we have great product mix as per the need of the market.

6.Who are your biggest competitors and how do you differentiate yourself from them?
As such there is no direct (100%) competitors, but yes we do have some competition from CA and Individual business consultant. Here are few.

  • MITCON, Pune

  • Deasra, Pune

  • Manufactory, London

  • Illumination Consulting, California

I don’t see competitors as a competition. There is a huge market to cash on, great scope for product improvement and all these cannot be achieved if a single company decided to achieve. So business collaboration and sharing is the only way to get ahead. So I look competitors as a guide and future business partners. We will constantly work on product improvement, right team building, making clients life easy, business collaboration and these strategies will help us sustain in the market for long run.
