Inventiva: Share the idea or story behind the venture. How did it come to existence? What motivated you to start your own venture?
Great question. I am a financial consultant turned healer and Prosperity Coach. 2010 I read a book called You can Heal my Life by Louise Hay. In this book the author shared her personal story of how she healed her stage 4 cancer and then dedicate her life to helping people to heal their diseases too. Not just that at the end of the book she also mentions a list of psychosomatic diseases and their root cause. I am in a habit of writing journal. So I started writing in my journal all the diseases or physical issues I had at that time, just for fun and curiosity. However, I was shocked to see that I had 22 issues like cervical, sinus, migraine, piles, tinnitus, IBS, lots of body aches and lots of allergies, lot of stress and anxiety etc. This was the turning point in my life. At that time I was earning well, I was married to a loving husband and had a loving family, had my own office of financial consultancy with a sales team of 10 people reporting to me, 33 companies in my portfolio and a client base of 400+ however after completing that book I realised that all that money and recognition will be of no use if I am not healthy and happy. The next day I shut down my office. Gave my resignation letter to all the companies in my portfolio and wrote a letter of completion to all my clients and started with my journey of self discovery and healing.

I love women like Indra Nooyi, Kiran Mazumdar Shaw, Oprah Winferey, Priyanka Chopra who have created their own name in their respective fields through their dedication and intelligence.

Inventiva: What do you feel is the major difference between entrepreneurs and those who work for someone else?
Many people consider doing a job as a wrongness or as being less than, however I have a different point of views. I believe if someone is doing what they love to do and are being paid well for it, they can manage their funds well and move from being an employee to an investor as many times people become entrepreneurs without adequate funds, experience, knowledge or skills which leads to life long suffering. Both have their own pros and cons.

Inventiva: If you had the chance to start your career over again, what would you do differently?
I live a life of no regrets. I would love to relive my life again and again as everything I ever judged as failure led to greater possibility. I keep learning and keep taking actions.

Inventiva: How has being an entrepreneur affected your family & Social life?
Yes, there can be a pressure from family and society but I think its important to remind oneself about ones priority of taking ones business to the next level.

Inventiva: Anything, you would like to say to our readers or upcoming entrepreneurs?
Invest in yourself and take care of your body. Your physical body is your biggest asset, do not ignore it.

Inventiva: Tell us something about your education & family background.
I am a post graduate in marketing from UK and thereafter I have done many National and International Programs on personal development and healing.

Inventiva: What is your USP which makes it unique & different from other start-ups in similar domains.
My ability to connect with people and transform their lives by changing their perception and empowering them.

Inventiva: What do you think is the biggest threat to the success of small businesses & Start-ups today?
The biggest threat is the inability to cope up with the changing technology.

Inventiva: Do you consider yourself successful and by what means do you measure success?
From being a successful financial consultant before marriage to be struggling to maintain the status and cope with work life balance to now being an Author, healer, prosperity coach and international facilitator. I think I have come along way and I wonder what new adventures and miracles have universe planned for me. Success for me is not measured just by the revenue and profits but also the sense of fulfilment in all the areas of life be it health, family, society, spirituality etc.
