Our ancestors have always taught us to inculcate the habit of savings and proper utilization of resources. Looking at today’s scenario it has been observed, that most of the resources in the form of gadgets are not properly used. The costly gadgets are kept with services centers for long periods and customers gets frustrated in visiting service centers and standing in log queues. To get rid of such issues consumer do a repeat purchase of same gadgets and ultimately the resources in the forms of funds are getting wasted.
In order to mitigate such gaps Ms. Dhevibala has given a solution to markets by venturing into a business named as Bigfix.in. Its a solution to save time and money and provides an opportunity to the customers to get the gadgets repaired through a network of retail ecare centers or avail home pick and drop service through ecom hubs. This amazing venture has not not only given a way to handle gadgets but also saved thousands of money which was going as waste by not getting gadgets repaired and considered it a waste.
Ms Dhevibala has given a beautiful gift to our economy by identifying, skilling and employing 1000+ repair technicians through the Skill India initiative supported by Telecom Skill Sector Council. Bigfix is also empowering entrepreneurs by partnering with youngsters to setup and run 250+ franchise centers.

Gadget Users, Primarily mobile phone’s. (B2C/ B2B)

Ecom Operations: HO, Chennai. Branches in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Bangalore & Delhi.
We also pickup devices from 10000+ pickup locations all over the country.
Ecare Operations: Chennai (4), Coimbatore, Bangalore(4) & Hubli
4.What problems does your venture resolve? What are your products or services?
Professionalize out-of-warranty repair and service of gadgets.
We pickup repair and return devices at doorstep.
We also operate a network of retail outlets to handle express repair and service.
5.Share the idea or story behind the venture. How did it came to an existence? What motivated you to start your own venture?
Its a billion dollar industry. We where once a Nokia Care partner. We have applied the domain knowledge and grown a native brand for repair and service.
6.Who are your biggest competitors and how do you differentiate yourself from them?
B2X: Servify.in (Warranty Service)
Re-Globe: Cashify.in (Buyback)
Bigfix.in: We are out-warrranty and offer a hybrid model (Online & Offline) engagements.
7.How did you identify your co-founder? Tell us some thing about your co-founder.
Wife/ Husband,
Ms. Dhevi is the founder, with 10+ Years of experience being a Nokia partner.
Mr. Umamaheswaran, is Co-Founder supporting on technology automation.
8.How did you hired your first team members? What skills Do you want in your employees/team?
Retained the Nokia Team. We now operate a training center to identify, skill and employ resources.
9.What expansion plans are you looking for the next 2 years, next 5 years?
250+ retail outlets all over the country.

10.Where do you want to see yourself in next 10 years?
Primary independent service provider in the country for Gadget Care.
11.What are your goals over the next 1, 3, 6 and 12 months.
We are looking to expand our network to almost all the remote areas in India.

1 Crore through bank loan and seed capital
13.What were the problems you faced during the starting days and how did you resolve them?
Spare-parts Sourcing, Trained Manpower, Advertising, Inter State operations.

Yes, Successful. We have established a brand and have catered to more than 1,00,000 customers.
