Court Update | ASG: There are talks about commercial or bulk quantities, but there are discussions about hard drugs with a foreign national.

The contraband was not found in Khan’s possession, despite the panchnama. It was found with Arbaaz, in his case.

I didn’t interrupt him, so he will not like it. He would be quick to point out any factual inaccuracies subsequently.

Our position is that the contraband was found in possession of Merchant, who met Khan at his home and admitted to having a relationship with Khan in his voluntary statement.

So Merchant and Khan went to Khan’s home in the same car, and they were arrested at the terminal. The contraband with Arbaaz was for their use, and that they were both conscious of it. Khan was also informed of Merchant’s involvement.

If I knew, that’d be conscious possession. They found the others in control, but I’m not; it may not be a proper submission.

Court Update | ASG: Bail hearings happen every day, but they don’t have to be decided on the same day. It is a government organization, and the entire nation is concerned with drug trafficking and consumption, which is a severe social offense.

Every day, parties are planned, and drugs are used, so this includes college students. It has an effect not only on economic problems but also on other facets of life. The drug trafficking group is a cause of worry for us.Aryan Khan didn't have cash to buy drugs, lawyer tells court, bail plea hearing to continue Thursday

It’s hard to believe when somebody (Khan) is invited. Nothing is shown. In short, police claim that somebody with me was carrying contraband.

I’ll also read the panchnama and WhatsApp messages to show that it’s not a case where someone says, “I were only asked, and at most, I could have consumed (drugs).”

It’s not like we knew it was a conspiracy the day he was arrested in a conspiracy case. There are 20 accused, many of them are peddlers, and there is evidence that Khan and Merchant chatted them. That’s been added in the third remand.

Adv Ali Kaashif Khan Deshmukh| Court Update: They found substances in a room corner. What is all this conscious possession which has been found in the corner of the room?

They are attempting to demonstrate that there is a conspiracy, but they have failed.

Why aren’t they arresting the others while concentrating just on me? There is a false allegation made against me.

They’re trying to show that smaller quantities found are equal to commercial quantities found; that’s the new trend.

Probe Reveals Aryan Khan’s Role In Conspiracy, Illegal Procurement And Consumption Of Drugs: Anti-Drugs AgencyCruise ship drug case: Aryan Khan's bail hearing tomorrow

The Narcotics Control Bureau on Wednesday opposed Aryan Khan’s bail plea, trying to claim that inquiry so far has revealed his role in the conspiracy, illicit drug procurement, and consumption. Aryan Khan is the son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and was arrested for the seizure of banned drugs onboard a cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai.

According to the NCB’s affidavit, Aryan Khan was in touch with some people who appeared to be part of an international drug network for drug procurement.

Financial transactions performed abroad are now being examined further, according to the agency.

“Some international linkages pertinent to this applicant (Aryan Khan) have been unearthed during initial investigation, which prima facie indicate illicit drug procurement.” According to the affidavit, the investigation would give extra time to approach a foreign agency.

The NCB further said in the affidavit that NCB could not consider each of the Accused’s cases individually or separately because a prima facie investigation reveals that all of the accused, including Aryan Khan, have a close link/nexus for conspiracy to commit crimes.

It is impossible to separate or dissect one from the other. “This applicant (Aryan Khan) has all components of crime, including preparation, intention, attempt, and commission,” the affidavit stated.

The NCB filed an affidavit in response to Aryan Khan’s bail plea before special judge VV Patil, who is appointed to hear cases under the Narcotics, Drugs, and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.

According to the news agency PTI, the judge is now hearing the bail plea.

“Aryan Khan wasn’t even on the cruise, nothing was found on him,” says Aryan Khan’s lawyer to Mumbai court

Court Update | Amit Desai (upon request for Aryan Khan): He pointed out illegal international drug trafficking, citing Aryan Khan.

Illegal trafficking is mentioned in the NDPS Act, and it is a serious crime; I think NCB is aware of this. he should not use such terms in this situation; he did everything to prevent the bail plea. Have you been able to make any contacts with Aryan Khan? The court has already heard such cases.

Without any recovery or custody, Aryan Khan was linked to illegal trafficking.

It is a conspiracy in which all of these elements are linked. Not everyone on the Cruise was arrested and captured a few on the streets. They found nothing on Aryan Khan, who wasn’t even on the Cruise.Mumbai Drug Bust Case Highlights: Court To Hear Aryan Khan Bail Plea Tomorrow

The growth, production, manufacturing, consumption, and interstate import and export of drugs are all instances of illicit trade. Despite having nothing to do with it, a textbook about illegal trade has been written.

Police can take action under 27A inside the event involving unlawful trafficking. It is the only law under which law can take action, but a review of the remand plea shows that the Panchnama does not refer to illegal trafficking.

They could say that the police found it during the investigation. When the police searched Aryan Khan, his phone was forcibly removed, not mentioned in the remand application.

Mumbai Drugs-On-Cruise Case: Aryan Khan, Others Inextricably Connected: Narcotics Control Bureau’s No Bail Argument

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) says in its reply to a court that will decide on Shah Rukh Khan’s son’s bail request that Aryan Khan and the other accused in the drugs-on-cruise case are connected cannot separate their roles.

“The ingredients of conspiracy are clear and evident,” the state writes in its court answer, adding that “one of the applicants cannot be considered in isolation.”

When officers from the anti-drugs agency raided a Mumbai cruise ship party in disguise on October 3, no drugs were found on Aryan Khan. Nevertheless, the NCB argues that it does not reduce their role.

Oct 13, 2021 13:43 (IST) :-

Court Update | The NCB reply states: The evidence collected during the investigation has revealed that Accused No. 1 (Aryan Khan) is engaged in the unlawful procurement and distribution of contraband.

It seems that Aryan Khan acquired contraband from Accused No 2 on a routine basis (Arbaaz Merchant). And sources connected to Accused No. 2, whose conscious possession (shoes) revealed 0.2 g of charas. Aryan and Arbaaz have a history of working alongside.

As a consequence, Accused Nos. 17 and 19 seem to behave given charas/ganja to Accused With no. 1 and 2.

According to the investigation, accused No. 3 (Munmun Dhamecha) was also arrested with five grams of hashish in her conscious possession. She was apprehended with a large amount of contraband from the Cruise. Consequently, her culpable mental state is evident, as she was arrested with contraband from the Cruise.
