We are talking about the IndianMoney Ffreedom app and its Founder and CEO, CS Sudheer; the app, through its launch, had been called a “revolutionary platform” that empowers farmers and small business owners in India to increase their income and achieve financial freedom!

However, at present, the leadership and employees of the company are under investigation for cheating; apparently, the employees of the company ensured victims of part-time jobs paying an amount of Rs 15,000 per month if they went ahead and subscribed to the IndianMoney app for Rs 2,999.

Meanwhile, The Chief Executive Officer of a financial app has been arrested in Bengaluru over these allegations of committing fraud and cheating job aspirants and employees of money on the pretext of false assurances of jobs.

When the promises were not kept, angry people went to the police.

One person registered the first case against the CEO on April 4, while as per reports, 21 other complainants in the matter were named as witnesses. The second case is said to have been filed on April 11 by another victim and 20 others.

CS Sudheer, the founder and CEO, has reportedly been sent to judicial custody and interrogated in the matter after victims filed complaints against him and company employees. The manager and the HR are among the twenty-two other employees of the company who have been named in the complaint.

Ffreedom app, The Modus Operandi

The mode of operation of the accused was simple. The company’s employees assured victims of part-time jobs paying Rs 15,000 per month if they subscribed to the IndianMoney app for Rs 2,999.

IndianMoney Ffreedom is a mobile application designed to help individuals manage their finances and achieve financial freedom. The app is said to offer a range of features and tools that make it easy to track expenses, create budgets, and set financial goals.

Who Is C S Sudheer?

CS Sudheer is the founder and CEO of the freedom app. He is said to have humble beginnings and is said to have started his entrepreneurial voyage at a young age by selling milk.

The news of cheating and committing fraud may have come as a big surprise to many, and many opined that it might be fake news!

The Banashankari police summoned CS Sudheer to come up at the hearing concerning the alleged fraud case. As per reports, the police have ordered Sudheer to come up at the court hearing within three days after an FIR was lodged against him in connection with the issue.

The report states that the lady, identified as Nayana, has accused the CEO and his group of defrauding her from a job, and she lodged a police complaint against them.

In the meantime, Sudheer is said to have sought interim anticipatory bail in link with the cheating complaint against him and has been granted temporary anticipatory relief.

The woman also stated in her complaint that Sudheer and others developed the freedom app through a plot to deceive and that naive and innocent young girls were being used to promote the application.

The allegations against Sudheer and the company will be a blow to the IndianMoney Ffreedom app launched in 2020 as a personal finance management app. The app had gained popularity due to its features and tools, which helped users track their expenses, create budgets, and set financial goals.

However, with the founder’s arrest, the app’s reputation has been tarnished, and perhaps its future remains uncertain.

In Conclusion:

The case against Sudheer is still ongoing, and it remains to be seen what the final outcome will be. However, the incident highlights the need for job seekers to be cautious and to do their due diligence before trusting anyone and any company.
