Delhi, officially the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi, is an Indian city and union territory that includes New Delhi, the country’s capital. Delhi shares borders with the states of Uttar Pradesh in the east and Haryana in the remaining directions, straddling the Yamuna river, primarily on its western or right bank.
